NANS SOUTHWEST Zone D Mourns Tragic Accident Of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Students.

Coordinator, National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Southwest in his statement gives a vivid stateof health the student

We are also deeply concerned for the five students who were burnt but miraculously survived, the two who sustained serious injuries, and the four who managed to escape unscathed. We wish the injured students a swift and full recovery and offer our support to all those affected by this tragic event.

In the face of this heart-wrenching incident, we are grateful for the swift response and assistance of several individuals and organizations. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to:

Comr. Olakolupo O. Akinbode of the Nigerian Youth Congress, for your timely presence and support during this crisis.

Comr. Adebisi Emmanuel, the SSA on Civil Society to the Osun State Government, for your invaluable assistance in this trying time.

Barr. Jola Akintola, the Commissioner for Health, for your quick intervention and medical support for the injured students.

Comr. Oladejo Basiru Aderoju, SSA Student Matters to the Osun State Governor, for your prompt response and efforts in aiding the affected students.

The collective efforts at the late hour when this tragedy unfolded demonstrate the compassion and solidarity that defines our community. In times of adversity, we come together as a strong and resilient family, supporting one another through the darkest of hours.

As we mourn the loss of our fellow students, we also salute the strength and resilience of the survivors. Let us keep them in our thoughts and prayers, offering any assistance and comfort we can provide.

May the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace, and may their memories forever inspire us to cherish every moment of life.

Our hearts go out to the families and friends, of those who lost their lives in the unfortunate bus fire which happened at Ilobu on their way coming back from Erin Ijesa. This is an unimaginable loss, and we share the grief during this incredibly difficult time.
To the entire university community in Oyo state and beyond, we stand together in solidarity. The pain is shared, and we mourn with heavy hearts for the young lives that were lost in the ghastly bus fire incident.

We also extend our heartfelt prayers and wishes for the swift recovery of students who are currently receiving treatment at the Osun State Teaching Hospital as calls and delegations are on the way to check their state of health and welfarism which is important to us all at this point. We hope for their strength and healing in the days to come.
In times like these, it is crucial for us to lean on each other for support and comfort. Together, we can find solace in the cherished memories of those we've lost and find the strength to support one another.
