MATRICULATION CEREMONY

Joy thrilled the face of many fresher of Osun State University, as today marks a great milestone in their academic life, which marks their entry into the University System.

About 6225 Student were matriculated around the campuses, out of above 142437 student who applied for the university.

The student were enjoined to avoid taking their academics with levity hands as this level is the stage that would determine how far they can go on their academics activities.

Several Campuses were filled up as this year's matriculation has the highest turn out of guests and this sets is said to be the highest the university ever admitted,a student remarked thanks to the newly introduced course, another student added.

At Isalẹ Osùn, 750 lecture theater hosted the maiden edition of the College of Health Sciences Student.

And the Provost, Dr. C.O Alebiosu representing the Vice Chancellor, Prof. C.O Adebooye advise all students to make good use of their time during the election break, after reading the oath of the University.

Student Communities were also not left out, by providing their utmost support to the newly matriculated student, words of admonishment were meted out to the freshers.

Several Faculties across the campuses were involved, the faculty of basic medical sciences and Clinical Sciences also send their advice to the student and wishing them success ahead.

Departmental association were also not left behind, like National Association of Radiography Student Uniosun Chapter (NARS),

"Happy matriculation, Your hardwork, diligence and discipline brought you here"

National Association Public Health Student also expressed their joyous felicitation

" More Success ahead "
