ASSOCIATION OF CAMPUS JOURNALIST (UNIOSUN) INDUCTION.

The association of campus journalists 4th maiden induction ceremony took place in osun state university ikire campus. Celebrating the first anniversary of ACJ alongside the induction ceremony on the 9th of may 2023 in partnership with the Africa Foundation for Young Media Professionals.

Mr Oyewole Aliyu a student of uniosun history and international studies also happens to be the vice president of the Association of campus journalists gave an opening speech and also buttressed on the speech made by the keynote speaker.

The inductees of the association were sworn in by an oath into the association. The keynote speaker, Dr Victor Adefemi in his address to the inductees made a speech laying emphasis on the theme of the programme, Grooming the next generation of journalists from our campuses

In his remark"Your pen is mightier than a sword". Dr Olubunmi Alaje,the sub dean of uniosun ikire campus also made a brief speech addressing the inductees.

The chairman of the Africa Foundation for Young Media Professionals, Mr Yinka Olaito ,in his speech made a remark challenging the inductees to come out of their comfort zones to make a better journalists out of themselves by learning,unlearning and relearning.
